Please find below a general information pack regarding Ashgrove House/Office Accommodation.

Ashgrove House is situated just off Kill Avenue (near Bakers Corner) opposite the Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown fire station.  The property comprises a detached two storey over basement period building, which was originally a residential property, but has since been converted into office use during the 1980’s and has been in continuous office use since then.  Internally, the accommodation is fitted to include carpets, suspended fluorescent strip lighting, electric storage heaters, photocopying room (black/white and colour copying) laminating and binding machines.  There is also a communal kitchen area with modern facilities and toilets servicing each floor.  It is newly decorated and each office is furnished.  There is three full time staff available for secretarial services phone answering.

• Reception Services (9am to 5:30) automatic answering service during closing hours.
